When I started to put together this list of FAQs I found that the answer was the same each time - if its possible I will do it!
So if you would like alterations to a design, different colour, different pattern or something not on my website at all please just email me and I will respond as soon as I can as to whether it is possible or not for me to meet your request.
However, I have come up with a few other questions you might find useful to know the answer of!
Q Do I have to pay extra for a bespoke design?
A No, whilst its impossible to say how much something will cost until the design is confirmed, the actual design of it does not cost.
Q We would like to see a sample of a wedding invite - is that possible?
A Yes, I appreciate it's difficult to commit to buying something on line without seeing it in the flesh. Therefore I will create the first design, in your chosen colours for free but for each extra sample I charge £5 up front, which will then be deducted from the cost of the end order.
Q I would like wedding invites, programmes, name places, thank you cards, do you offer any special discounts for a full package?
A. Yes, I'm able to create the table plan for free.
Q How long do you need to create the wedding invites.
A I like to have at least 2 months from agreement of design to when you need to send the invites out, therefore I suggest you contact me approximately 3 months before you need the invites by, giving us plenty of time to agree on the perfect design. However I can and will be flexible where possible.
Q How long do you need to create the other items on the website.A I ask for 2 weeks but generally expect to turn something around much sooner than that.
Q Do you create/design cards to events other than weddings.
A No challenge will be turned down! I'm happy to create a variety of designs from birthday cards to birth announcements.
Q Why can't you provide a price?
A As the designs tend to change for each individual its very difficult to provide an exact price, however I can give an indication of price on request.
