My name is Sian Rixon, I live in Southampton with my husband and our son Finn.
I've been making "things" for as long as I can remember. I started cards when I was a youngster, for my parents who were always very proud of my childish creations! Then some years ago I decided to up the ante and to start creating simple, but stylish cards, selling them to friends and coleagues and now I am very pleased to be launching my business, making wedding invitations bespoke to clients.
I've always loved weddings and created my invites for my own marriage in 2007, since then I've come up with many new designs, most of which I wish I had thought of when I got married! Creating invites gives me a bit of an insight into each wedding, whether through the colour, the theme or the design.
What I am passionate about is designing invites to fit someone's special day. However I appreciate that not everyone has a theme or the time to work with me to find what they are looking for. Therefore I have created a few generic designs that can be altered to fit each couple.
Since having my son in 2010 I have also focused my time on making baby products, having decorated my son's nursery myself, making the bedding and curtains. I find nothing more enjoyable than creating cute baby items! I often use Finn or my friends as "guinea pigs" so you will know that all items are tried and tested.
